Service Limitations:

Termination

By You:

  • Cancel monthly services with 30 days written notice
  • Immediate termination for breach by TeriBiz

By Us:

  • Terminate for non-payment or breach of terms
  • Suspend services for client non-cooperation

Platform-Specific Terms

Google/Facebook Services:

  • Client must comply with platform advertising policies
  • Account suspensions by platforms are beyond our control
  • We’ll work to resolve issues but cannot guarantee reinstatement

Confidentiality

Both parties agree to:

  • Keep business information confidential
  • Not disclose sensitive data to competitors
  • Use information only for authorized purposes

Dispute Resolution

Process:

  • Contact us directly to resolve issues
  • Mediation through Kenya Association of Manufacturers if needed
  • Kenyan law governs these terms
